Verify
Quality gate checkpoint
Verify fact-checks the previous response using every source available — vault documents, live web search, citation verification, and URL reading. Extracts key claims, checks each against evidence, and delivers a structured verdict per claim: Verified, Partially Verified, Unverified, or Contradicted.
How it works
Binary quality gate:
Ready, Needs Work, or Major Issues
Run /verify after any response. It extracts key claims, searches the vault and live web, verifies cited sources, and delivers a structured report with evidence-backed verdicts for each claim.
Claim-by-Claim Verdicts
Extracts every factual claim from the response and delivers individual verdicts: ✓ Verified, ⚠ Partially Verified, ✗ Unverified, or ✗ Contradicted.
Live Web Verification
Searches the live web to check claims against current information. Catches stale data, outdated statistics, and claims that were true but no longer are.
Vault Cross-Reference
Checks claims against your vault documents. Finds supporting evidence or contradictions in your own knowledge base. Identifies claims that should cite internal sources.
Citation Verification
For any cited sources, fetches the URL and checks whether the source actually supports the claim. Catches hallucinated references and misrepresented sources.
Gate, not suggestion
Not "looks pretty good."
A definitive answer: ship it or fix it.
Before you ship
The final check before it leaves your desk.
Run /verify as the last step before any document goes out.
