Cloud actions run on dedicated H200 GPUs. GPU memory is wiped after every request. Nothing is logged, retained, or used for training.

Where does my data live?
On your device. Your files, documents, conversations, and search indexes all live on your machine. When a cloud action runs, only the inference request is sent, processed on a dedicated GPU, and returned. GPU memory is wiped after every request. Nothing is stored, logged, or used for training. Ever.
What counts as a cloud action?
Any time AskQP uses cloud GPU power to produce work: a research report, a fact-check, a document draft, a cascade phase. Local AI running on your own hardware is always free and never counts as an action. You choose per-request whether to use local or cloud, so you're always in control.
What if I exceed my included actions?
Additional actions are $0.50 each on Starter, $0.35 on Professional, and $0.25 on Team. You see your usage in real time in Settings. Most users on Professional never exceed 500 actions per month.
Can I use AskQP completely offline?
Yes. Every tier runs entirely on your machine with local AI models. No internet required. Cloud actions are optional, for when you need frontier models that exceed your local hardware. Local is always the fallback.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing changes. Your data was never on our servers. Your Vault files, conversation history, documents, and audit records stay on your machine. QP uses open protocols and standard file formats. Zero lock-in by design.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are excellent for conversation. AskQP is for structured, multi-step work with your own documents: research reports that cite your files, compliance reviews against specific frameworks, manuscript drafts grounded in your data, cascading analyses across 8 phases. Cloud GPU memory is wiped after every request. Your AI follows your rules. Most people use both, for different things.
Why is AskQP more expensive than ChatGPT?
ChatGPT gives you chat. AskQP gives you finished, defensible work: a publication-ready manuscript, a regulatory package, a strategic analysis with every recommendation traceable to its assumptions. Do you support HIPAA or other compliance frameworks?
A Business Associate Agreement is available on request for qualifying enterprise customers. Air-gapped deployments with local models already support full data isolation. The audit trail maps to SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, FedRAMP, FINRA, CMMC, and EU AI Act controls. What's the difference between Professional and Team?
Professional is for one person who does serious work daily. Team is for multiple people sharing a knowledge base, enforcing team-wide rules, and managing usage across the firm. If you work alone, Professional has everything. If others need access to the same Vault and standards, Team is the right choice.
