The Conductor is the strategy organ that turns intent into a reviewed plan and dispatches agents through OODA loops with human approval. A Capsule is the immutable, post-quantum-signed audit record sealed from every meaningful operation.

Can I run AskQP fully offline?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With a local model runtime AskQP runs entirely without internet. Cloud actions are opt-in per request, never required. The desktop app, Vault, Capsule audit chain, and most commands work air-gapped.

Parts of the Quantum Pipes platform are released under the Apache 2.0 license, including the Vault and Capsule packages. AskQP itself is a commercial desktop product; the code that ships with the installer is not open source.
