Teach it with a file
Write a note. It becomes a rule.
Put a short text file in the right folder of a Space and QP picks it up. A file in rules/ becomes guidance for every answer. A file in commands/ becomes a slash command. Open any Vault file or press Cmd+K to use them in the Workspace.

Model policy
You decide which AI reads each Space.
Switch Spaces and everything switches with you: the files QP searches, the rules it follows, and the models it may use. Keep your biggest client's Space on your Mac, and let a marketing Space use a cloud model through your own key.
Set per Space in Settings. Enforced where requests are routed, and it fails closed. File search stays on your Mac under all three.
